Bootz 10x12 (appx) Walk-in Freezer, held below 0, install available

Details

Built by Bootz Manufacturing of Phoenix, AZ - they have been making walk-in coolers and freezers locally since 1955 (bootzmanufacturing.com), so panels, doors, parts and service are all available right here in town.

10x12 (approx) walk-in freezer. Ran great when removed from service - held below 0°F.

It came out of our water and ice store. The freezer was taken out and stored in May 2019 and has been kept in weatherproof shipping containers since removal.

Right side panels are rusty on the outside and should be covered with FRP or similar - when we removed it from the wall there was some moisture coming through from the neighboring building. Inside is clean.

Refrigeration: split system, 220V. Heatcraft / Bohn low-profile evaporator, model LET120BK - 3 fans, electric defrost, 208-230V single phase. Johnson Controls A419 digital temperature control.

No floor (sits on your slab). Installation available.

Sold as is, no warranties, but all the info is 100 percent accurate.

We also have other ice equipment.
