Total Supply Depot is the equipment and surplus outlet of Water Solutions LLC, a Phoenix, Arizona business that builds water-treatment systems and resells commercial, shop and industrial equipment, industrial surplus and home-improvement returns. Everything on this site is physically on hand in north Phoenix and photographed by us.

Pickup and delivery

Prices are for local pickup in north Phoenix by appointment; we text you a time and the address after you buy or ask. Nothing on this site ships automatically. For larger equipment we can quote freight, delivery or rigging on request before you pay.

Payment

Items at or under $850 can be paid on this site through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay); we never see or store your card. Larger items are paid at pickup or by an invoice we send. Arizona sales tax is charged where it applies.

Returns and refunds

Inspect the item at pickup; if it is not as described, do not take it and we refund in full. After pickup, used and surplus items are sold as-is unless the listing says otherwise. New and unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund if still unopened. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days. If something is wrong, email [email protected] with your item number.

Condition and descriptions

Each page says whether the item is new, open-box, refurbished or used, with real photos of the unit for sale. If a listing shows a new-product price, it is for comparison only and is the manufacturer's or retailer's price, not ours.
